2a. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a quote request form on californiafix.us, we collect:

This information is used to match you with a California Fix partner shop and facilitate a callback within our stated response window. We do not sell this information to third parties.

2b. Phone Call Data (CallRail)

We use CallRail, a third-party call tracking service, to manage and attribute inbound phone calls. When you call a phone number displayed on californiafix.us:

Your inbound phone number, call duration, date, and time are recorded
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and commission attribution purposes
Call data is stored by CallRail in accordance with their own privacy policy (callrail.com/privacy)

Call recording is conducted in compliance with California Penal Code § 632, which requires all-party consent for recorded communications. A disclosure notice is played at the start of any recorded call. By remaining on the line after the disclosure, you consent to recording.

2c. Automatically Collected Data (Google Analytics / GA4)

Service providers: We share data with CallRail (call tracking), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising) as described in Section 2. These providers act as data processors under our direction.
Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of California Fix, our partners, or the public.
Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via a notice on our website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

Analytics data (GA4): Retained for 14 months per Google's default GA4 data retention settings
Advertising data (Meta Pixel): Governed by Meta's data retention policies

After the applicable retention period, personal information is deleted or anonymised.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS encryption on all site pages, restricted access to quote form data, and the use of reputable third-party service providers with their own security certifications.
